From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. The estimates below do not include processing time:

  • United States: 6–12 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • United Kingdom / Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch, depending on the carrier.


Discreet Packaging

We respect your privacy.

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no explicit product descriptions visible on the outside of the parcel.
The sender name on the shipping label is neutral and does not reference the nature of the products.

For additional privacy, your payment statement may also display a neutral business descriptor.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.


Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we can:

  • Reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Issue a refund for the product cost excluding original shipping fees


Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors

  2. Look for a safe-drop location around your property

  3. Contact your local carrier for further details

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update and include your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution.


Split Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately. If this occurs, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
